Can we throw more than 1 fastball per appearance for Collins? Why is he always setup to fail. He can throw mid 90s, let him rip one every few pitches. Incredibly tough to consistently throw strikes with only a curveball

if he locates his curve its very effective and it makes the hitters have to adjust to whomever pitches next. plus his fastball is average at this point.
