I loved the formations. It took going backwards in birthdays (Ensminger) to go forward in football philosophy. That and some true QB comp and letting it play out so we can actually let the best player play. Notice the quick throws to the playmakers?? Confidence throws to let the talent make moves in open space?? And STILL with a nasty defense.

We aren’t there yet. But I saw some flashes from all QB’s. And receivers. And RB’s. We’ve got the potential. We’ll either suck or not, but I actually feel we’ve got the potential. Can’t wait for the season!

It’s a win win. Either LSU plays well, wins a bunch of games, and everyone is happy, or LSU sucks, loses a bunch of games, Orgeron and Alleva get fired, and everyone is happy.
what about the dreaded middle ground - if we don't win enough to compete for the West but don't lose enough for O to be fired.

That could allow O to hang on for a few mores years, which would make it much harder to right the ship when he is eventually fired.

We either need to win big to show O is the right guy, or lose big and end the O era. The middle ground will have a much longer detrimental effect on the program.

It was a practice. Nothing more and nothing less. Says nothing about what will happen in September. Its funny how people want to blow a practice game into something good or bad.

Maybe we will beat Miami or maybe we will lose to Louisiana Tech. We still don't know anything more about this team than we knew at the end of the ND game.

Spring game was like the others. QB position isn't SEC caliber.

Aww, do you need some love too? A little shelter from the meanies that say O is a bad coach? Bless your heart.

The -1rgeron pumpers actually melt about the anti 0ers “melting” when they’re simply stating facts. It’s hilarious...and pathetic.

The fact is...-1rgeron is GARBAGE. Hot, smelly, steamy GARBAGE. His resume SCREAMS this fact all day, every day. It’s that fact that makes you pumping clowns thrilled to death staring 6-7 wins in the face, then blame it on the schedule. Personally, I believe the football program needs to be purged...sans Aranda. From top to bottom, including Alleva.

Thanks for this. We can complain during and after real games but not the stupid spring game. Kids need tough love but more encouragement. Geaux Tigers.

Ridiculously tough schedule, but dead on. Let it play out.
