This CWS has been entertaining so far. A lot of that is because there has been some bad baseball. Tennessee v FSU last night was one of the worst fundamental games in CWS history. But it was very entertaining.

100.

The baseball is not nearly as good as last year, but the games have been great cliffhangers. All of them.

Go reread that definition of walk off.

By the way, not hammering you only, like every clip I see out there says walk off homer.

Damn, that's on me for just watching highlights and not being invested in the game enough to remember who was the home team.

I know we have super fans who will support UCLA after we lose, but I am all in on LSU baseball.

I only watch LSU. Don’t even watch many non-LSU football games anymore

Love Big Ben calling, he’s the best and very unbiased, balances his love for LSU and calling a game better than anyone in the business. I love college sports also, but when LSU is not playing it’s a tough watch for me. Great Baseball indeed but no rooting interest except I don’t won’t Tennessee or Tx8-4 to win anything ever!

I'm watching. Every game has been exciting and I've already seen 2 of the best defensive plays that I've seen all year in the Tenn / NC game.

Every game has been a 1-run game. CWS is iconic being in the same place every single season for half a century plus.

I remember seeing the comment “there needs to be a better system for determining a champion” prob just because lsu got eliminated and yet here we are a day away from the 2 cws bracket finals being #1v4 and #2v3

same thing as all 1-seeds in march madness making it to the final four. Think the tournament setup for college baseball is perfect.

It won’t be a popular opinion but I grew up an LSU fan in the 90s and I much prefer watching postseason college baseball than basketball. The CWS is awesome and I’m bummed LSU missed out on Omaha this year.

Eta The only thing more iconic in college baseball than Omaha is LSU being in Omaha. Can ask any Omaha local about that one.
