The LSU admin wants a precious little world where LSU doesn't cheat, but still fields a highly competitive athletic program.

Its adorable.

Then why did he fire:

It's clear LSU wants Wade back, but they have to do what is best for the program moving forward. If it's proven that WW was paying players then LSU is going to be left with no choice but to terminate him. Obviously, it doesn't help the situation that WW refuses to meet with administrators, but I'm sure he's following his attorney's advice in order to protect himself. I hope this situation works out and he can return, but in the end, LSU may not have a say in the situation because the tapes may be too much to overcome!

Lol Joe can have legal counsel onsite when talking to the local media but Wade can't when involved with a separate but indirectly related federal investigation. Makes sense.

I don't jive with this "guilty until proven innocent" crap, stand by your man and ride this shite out until the proven evidence precludes you from continuing, they can take away our wins but they can't take away our memories or the t-shirts

So when does this magical integrity begin, when the second tape comes out in a newspaper article, not the first...

Both sides need to compromise on the meeting. Better together than apart. Act like adults and get it done!

LSU is absolutely trying to fire him. They're in damage control attempting to place the blame on Will. They want us to believe they've made every attempt to fix the situation and it is Wade that has been unresponsive.

The athletic director at LSU just said publicly(not for the first time I might add)that winning is not everything. In an athletics competition. If people are ok with that mentality from the AD at LSU, then just shut athletics down.

Because we all know people want to come to LSU for their outstanding academic programs so carefully managed and nurtured by this same administration that are respected the world over.

That bridge was burned the second that LSU got the NCAA on the phone. It was a set up. They know it, wade knows it and his attorney knows it.

Let's assume Will Wade is innocent. why would they want to actively fire him, in your opinion?

It's in LSUs worst interest to fire him. Your scheme makes zero logical sense
