bullshite. There are plenty of other programs and coaches that have he same amount of dirt out there, but somehow it is kept behind closed doors, or swept under the rugs. But they have an administration that will do work to keep things clean before they get out of hand.

LSU on the other hand just keeps making things worse than they are without saying or doing anything.

The NCAA is allowed by its members to just arbitrarily and capriciously enforce its rules. If they come after us over this shite, the universities need to leave. They wont, but they should.

Probably a lot of ways, maybe a trucking company owned by a athletic booster gets paid by NIke for transportation of goods that didn't happen, and the player is a "ghost employee" for the trucking company, and draws a paycheck, With the amounts of money involved at these schools there are probably people that handle this for a commission.

Part of the game man. You get in and you’re fine, but if you get burned then you’re on your own. It sucks because it’s LSU, but as my old 1st Sgt used to say “it is what it is.”

For most of the names listed in an article I read a while back, the amounts were shockingly low. Like under $20k low. It wouldn't be that hard to get them a no-show job that could explain that kind of money.

I guess you could also just hand someone two of these and they just spend it directly and it never sees the bank.

I’m not disagreeing with you that most other programs are doing this and should be held to the same standard. I do find it odd that the bigger basketball programs/coaches aren’t being scrutinized like WW, but the facts (or what we think are facts) can’t be denied at this point. His phone call was undeniably hurtful to him and the program. I’m just saying that if it were another SEC school that LSU would be all over this. And I agree that the administration at LSU is to blame at this point, but I don’t see that they had a choice. Again, I hope it works out for WW and Smart, but the chances are looking slim at this point.
