The rapport him and Nuss have is a thing of beauty.

I was wondering how it'd be with Anderson missing a fair amount of fall practice (according to all the reports), but I'll be damned, it looks like they haven't missed a step.

Happy for him that not only did he come back home, but he's having a great career here thus far.

This, during the season that Netflix/HULU was covering that Karr team, he was a Sr and was committed to LSU. Glad he made to us, because he's been a big part of our success.

Great scene on the field when Saban sought him out to tell him he'd be playing more at Bama (was that the 2023 game?). Showed the respect coach had for him that he would do that.

Kendrick Law and Shazz Preston, two other LA recruits that Saban got that year along with Anderson, have also left Bama for other schools. Was hoping Law may come back, like AA did, because he is from my hometown of Shreveport. But, at least he is not at the U of Rat Poison!

I was just thinking how Alabama would dearly love to have him back.

He is certainly looking like a pro prospect.

I don’t blame any players for wanting to play under Saban esp with the under the table stuff. But no player from Louisiana who would rather play for Deboer is welcome back here.

I remember saying he was nothing special his first year here, I was very wrong
He was coming off injury and he definitely looked a step slower. I was hoping that the injury didn't take that God given speed and shiftiness away. However it is obvious that the further away from that injury, the faster he has gotten.

He'll test around a 4.38-4.42 and with a 1200+ yard 10 TD season, he'll go somewhere in the first round.

unfortuneately his height will most likely hold him out of the 1st round. He'd have to have a Brandin Cooks like season to go in the 1st.

AA was originally committed to LSU and flipped to ALA. Saban sold him on being the next Devonta Smith. ALA signed 6 WR's in their 2022 class and Anderson was their top recuit (JoJo Earle was also committed to LSU and flipped to ALA at the last minute.
You know what's even crazier? Alabama actually signed 7 WRs that year (5 HS 2 portal), and only TWO, accomplished anything at Bama. Bond had two average years then left to Texas, and Burton came from UGA and played decent for 2 years. What's even crazier then that is from 2017-2022 drafts, Bama had at least 1 WR or TE drafted in the first round in 5/6 years. What's even crazier than that is that the one year they didn't have a one drafted, they had a TE drafted 2nd round AND the next TWO years they had two drafted in the first 2 rounds.

As of right now, even though their best WR is Bernard, he's not a first round level talent. Ryan Williams is, but he might end up being too soft in the end.

The burst he showed on a couple plays was special. He'll be the next elite nfl receiver

He has a chance to be a very good WR in the NFL, but there aren't a lot of guys his size you would have considered "elite".

Anderson looked amazing vs Clemson, not afraid to go across the middle and compete.

He might be the dawg this year.

Elite after the catch.

Reminds me of Josh Reed running routes.

Dude just has IT.
