No, it’s all on Ensminger’s shoulders not to call slow developing shite like he did against UF and Bama, which forces the O line to have to hold off the rush longer.

Why can’t people see this?

I'm really not sure how LSU is going to score points.

You know Giles is going to return 4 punts for TDs, that is how. Bet big $$$$$ on this.

as i pointed out in another thread, their defense will be the 4th best lsu has faced this season in conference games. they also lost msu and auburn in addition to bama and clemson. on paper, lsu should win this game. not sure why fpi has been wrong about lsu 3 times this year. this could be the 4th. oddshark has lsu in a close one which sounds right to me.

A&M also averages 3 sacks a game
lsu averages 3 per game against the sec. not sure how big of an advantage that is for a&m

You should view the season as a complete body of work
i prefer to look at the stats from conference games for multiple reasons. lsu has faced tougher defenses and lsu will be statistically one of the best offenses they have faced regarding conference games. it is going to be a challenge for their defense and we know their offense is in for a long night. lsu with the slight edge on s.t. again, not sure what fpi is seeing but it has struggled with lsu all season

2nd Best Rush Defense

And 462 yards/game total offense.

Only an Aggie can screw these stats up into a 7-4 record.

the problem with those stats is that lsu's offense is not on the field with a&m's offense.

o vs d comparison

They're ranked 21st and 26th nationally on offense/defense.

They have a hell of a lot of talent

That’s why I listed the offensive and defensive stats.

I clicked your link, though, and you came to the same conclusion I did: that our defense can win this game. Losing Delpit and Fehoko sucks, though.

Here are the stats so far this year:

Not sure why anyone would downvote this post.

Seems like slide advantage A&M in every category except pass defense. Run game is a push.

Special teams is the stat I'd like to know relative to A&M.

Based on what I've seen, I have to go LSU in a close one assuming LSU has the edge on ST, especially in the kicking game.

Our pass defense is too good for Mond to beat us. I just hope our defense doesn't let them run wild like Florida did.

LSU wins 23-21.

they likely wouldn't be ranked so high on d if they had faced better offenses overall. similarly, lsu would be ranked higher on o if they hadn't played such good defenses. lsu will be one of the statistically best offenses they have faced.
