A way to fix the rant and scoreboard

When negative things are said about the players and or coaches....ban them. Simple as that. Ohio sports boards ban you, and we have to watch what we say. This site should do the same. Talk LSU sports, but don't call out anyone. Time to put the Nega tigers to rest. There is nothing to complain about. This season finished good and recruiting is great

Many of us in Louisiana's more rural areas grew up with only two things to do on a LA Saturday Night:

Agree. When it gets to possibly hurting LSU, that's where the line needs to be drawn. Those that think there aren't trolls from other schools purposefully stirring the pot are living in a dreamland. Recruits and their parents do read this board. How much stock they put in it probably varies, but it's not worth the risk. I'd rather more banhammers if it cuts down on a lot of the crap that comes across the screen.

I don't think banning people for hosting their opinions is a good idea. The one cool thing about this website is they let people air out whatever they want for the most part. This isn't the democratic underground.. we don't ban you because we disagree on something.

I have a very hard time believing most of these negative posters aren’t trolls.

I’m not a negative poster, but the hell with that. No way I want this board policed and censored like we are a bunch of preschoolers.
We should be free to speak our mind here.

I agree. I believe this site pushes away some recruits and gives us a bad image. I don't see other fanbases bashing their own fans and their players on the other boards on this site

Censorship and discouraging free speech is bad any way you look at it. Perhaps Russia or North Korea would welcome you with open arms. They know how to deal with people who speak their minds.

Over the top negativity and personal attacks should be a bannable offense, but not to the degree that you are suggesting
