A lot of LSU fans are so short sighted and respond emotionally to the teams’ performance

This is a bad year and there are no excuses. With that being said Jay Johnson has won and been effective wherever he has coached. He’s not Ed O. Someone who got lucky with finding burrow.
Jay took Arizona to Omaha twice. Took LSU twice. Pump the brakes. Now in 2027 if something like this happens, then get your pitchforks. I really don’t think it does.

there are 3 tropes that get repeated here quite a bit.
1. using too small a sample size to draw wild conclusions. like thinking this bad season means JJ is no good.
2. people saying other people are wrong because they never played the game
3 saying the women's team could beat the men when the men are playing poorly.
all 3 things are stupid

I’ve said “That’s baseball “ often, and I believe that’s an idiom with an element of truth that explains what goes on sometimes in games that you lose when you’re expecting to win.

Jay will easily get 2 more years of this same record before it starts getting hot. He’s won 50% of the available championships since becoming a Tiger. Everyone needs to shut the frick up with the constant bitching. He isn’t going anywhere for at least 2 more years.
