Against Missouri

New QB Ashford was the leading rusher with 46yards, 1 TD on 15 carries. He’s athletic and can scramble.

12/18 for 127 yds and no passing TDs.

Tank Bigsby scored 1 TD with only 44yds rushing.

Ex LSU WR Koy Moore was the leading receiver with 74 yds on 4 catches.

Our defense should be able to contain them easily and allow our offense to take control of the game through 4 quarters. Xfactor is Jordan hare at night. Great prep road SEC game for LSU to get ready for Florida, Arky then A&M away.

I’m convinced Harsin wants to be fired. Tried so hard to lose yesterday. Not kicking a FG with a minute left and instead going for it was mind numbingly dumb when you look at how that game was going.

I don’t care how Auburn has looked up to that point. That game is never easy. Don’t chalk it up as a W until it actually happens.

Wouldn’t be shocked if we lost. Wouldn’t be shocked if we blew them out. It’s a weird game like always.

New president coming in. Possible new hire at AD, although they may keep the interim —- as he’s been VERY good in handling NCAA issues.

Either way, Hardin is gone —- most likely after LSU

This game has always been so close and bizarre I honestly wouldn’t make any prediction on it. Expect the unexpected and enjoy.

If Ashford is their QB, they aren’t winning unless we play worse in offense than we did vs FSU.

Auburn is reeling. Were hitting our stride. I called this and L all season. They should have lost 3 different times to Missouri. Penn State buttfricked them.

Our team is substantially more talented then I had originally thought. I thought we should be happy to see 7-5 this year with all the transfers but this team is well coached and has real NFL dudes littering the defense and absolutely stacked in the skill positions.
Oline is very young but is growing fast and moved a veteran State Dline off the ball in the 2nd half.

I thought the Secondary, offensive line and linebackers were going to be massive liability.

fricking Greg brooks looks like a slightly smaller grant Delpit flying around.

Harold Perkins is 4 games into his career and has effected every single game up to this point in a major positive. This dude has legit all time potential and his freshman campaign numbers are outstanding. I'll look them up and post. One sec.

Reminder - Brian Kelly flipped Harold Perkins.

Who knew Jay Ward was the best safety in the SEC?

BJ is an all American if he continues at this pace and top 15 pick.

How about the monster country boy left tackle who is playing at All SEC level and the mauler RT freshman from Baton Rouge out there taking bodies.

Gentlemen. How about Brian Kelly keeping all those dudes here and in the class?

As long as special teams doesn't kill us.

LSU 34
Auburn 20

Auburn has no reason to score 20. Their offense is horrible.

Again, don’t assume victory against Auburn. Especially AT AUBURN.

We were 3-1 last year with an opening season loss and a signature win vs Miss St. Auburn was struggling at the QB spot and just came off a come from behind win vs GA St. We went on to lose that game and got stomped by UK the following week.

This year we have a horrible looking Auburn team followed by a tough Tenn game the following week. This all seems eerily similar except we have a confident team with a competent coaching staff. That being said I'll be glad when we put Auburn away and get prepared for Tenn.

If Auburn has any talent on defense this will be a tight low scoring game. They are at home, at night, rivalry game, and they are back in a corner with their coach about to be fired. I would love to blow them out but we have started slow on offense every game so far which can be tough to over come on the road.

Throw anything you thought you knew out the window. It's LSU at Auburn. Best team that night wins.
