I don’t think MM will work out but no I would rather keep MM than bring a dinosaur here.

Doubt Wade will ever be back as long as Woody is here.

They prefer a loud-mouthed, big talking coach who under performs and gets the program put on probation.

Just have to pay him Natty Lights. Would get more wins than current coach at a much cheaper price. Win-Win

It is time for the old man to retire before he continues to tarnish his image.

Not really a great age to rebuild a program.
basketball isn't football. Basketball rosters can be rebuilt in a single year.

Football takes much longer, just due to the raw number of players required.

If McMahon bombs out again this season and Huggins still wants to coach, I think it would be silly to at least not consider him. However, I don't think he would be my first option.
Very good assessment IMO.

Nah it's really stupid. Why the hell would we want an over the hill coach, one 20 win season the last 5 years, who's more likely to get bombed and get a DUI celebrating his hire than to get us back to the tourney?

Bless your heart if you truly believe highly successful coaches in football and men's basketball are running a clean program.

I imagine it's possible in all the other sports, but those aren't exactly high pressure win at all cost programs that get ADs fired when they don't win.

Ask yourself this, who was our highest profile basketball hire in school history, Trent Johnson maybe? LSU doesn’t care about it’s basketball program.

Huggins partied his arse off in Ohio and WV.

He’d explode from alcohol consumption if he lived in Louisiana
