I know there are plenty of idiots that deserve to be called out, but it appears that a growing trend of posters take more joy in dropping a “gotcha” rather than the W

People melting in the 6th inning of the second game of the year in college baseball deserve to be called out imo

You must be new to the board. And, if you are going to give up on LSU in the middle of a game expect to be called out. The bigger/worse trend is fans giving up on us too soon in every sport.

This is my feeling as well. Maybe I'm the stupid one because every time LSU comes back for a dramatic win I think to myself that people are going to start letting these things play out. But, here we are down today and people just assume a loss or start taking shots at the coach when the game isn't even half way over.

I understand your point, but the level of shear stupidity involved in predicting how a baseball team (of all sports) is going to finish two games into a season is too much for me to take. I guess it’s my own fault for reading their stupid posts during the game, but the hope is that at least some of these fans will learn to at least wait for the game to finish before they melt.

In game knee jerk reaction posts are common. Football, its worse. The mega loyal O Club baws still calls a lot of TD members out still acting like they predicting LSU's trending success.

It has always been a thing around here, and it usually annoys me. But, in the spirit of transparency, I've had a few words for some people today. Because they weren't complaining only about this game. I wasn't happy about the first 8 innings, either. It's that there was an unreal amount of "this team isn't good", "this team is overrated", "this team sucks" posts going on, and you couldn't reason with them without being downvoted.
What a great moment for Beloso and the team, though. I was saying last night I expect either he or Willis to bust out and take over at first base. It's only one game, but we saw what Cade can do today.

Normally I'd agree with you, but there have been a handful of idiots whining since the early innings of last night.
Two games and two wins into a new season as the #1 ranked team, and there have already been comments stating the pitching sucks, the hitting sucks, Manieri isn't an elite coach, and this team won't even host a regional.
If those folks are going shitpost like that in February, then I have no problem with it being thrown back in their faces.

It’s pretty awesome that there were a bunch of idiots bitching about hitting and we win with a walkoff HR

Well let's be honest though... it gets wearisome and old listening to whiny, entitled, negabags who complain and moan and groan everytime we don't win every game by a zillion. I have no problem with people calling them out everytime they whine.

Been going on for awhile. The difference is that it’s bleeding over into the b-ball season because we have a good team this year.
