A comprehensive roadmap for what Oklahoma can expect to feel in their time of loss

Its played out the same way every week so many times that the stages are clearly predictable as they happen.
1. Hope
"LSU can score but they gave up 52 points to Vandy and 800 yards to Ole Miss. They havent saw a defense/offense like us".
2. Confidence
"LSU's defense is TRASH. (Insert Player X Here) will run all over them. (Insert Another Player X Here) will have Burrow(s) eating turf all day. They've played good teams but haven't saw a defense/offense like ours."
3. Worry
"LSU scored 14 already but we'd have 7 if (Insert Player X Here) wasnt injured/fumbling/dropping passes, we still have a chance."
4. Despair
"Our offense/defense killed themselves, we could've won if we didn't beat ourselves and our coaches weren't stupid and if our players weren't dumb".
5. Resignation
"LSU is legit. Also had some lucky breaks but will get destroyed by Ohio State/Clemson. LSU will suck next year after Burrow(s)/Brady leave".
Rinse and repeat

I especially loved the Florida idiots talking about how Joe Burrows was a statue who was going to probably not even make it out of the 1st half.

Yep!..... I believe it is a bad case of denial mixed with jealousy with the other fan bases.

These are actual quotes from fans of the broken teams we've left battered in our wake as we laid waste to the SEC this season.
You'll also see a lot of the same things being said on any Sooner board you visit.

The suicide prevention hotline in Baton Rouge is going to break if LSU loses to Oklahoma. I hope the team isn't as far over their skis as the fanboys are.

I can’t count how many times this year I’ve read fans from other teams say, “Yeah, but they haven’t faced a defense like ours yet. We’re gonna shut them down.”
Only to have Burrow carve them up for 350+ yards, 3 or 4 TD’s and 40 something points.
