What a shite show this is at LSU

There’s no way to verify if these statements from LSU and Orgeron are accurate, unless they’re recorded or they were stupid enough to put them in writing, but if Orgeron and LSU said these things to this woman, they’re at worst enablers of Guice.
Phone records. There's always phone records. Date, time, and duration of every phone call. Just get the records. Which will happen if this starts to blow up.
I hope woodward has a "list" in his desk drawer like Skip Bertman did.

Considering no crime occurred, I don't think it will be.
IMO it would be more about lying about it and not making the call itself.

You're making a bad assumption in this case.

If Orgeron called her and then told the investigation firm he doesn't know what happened, how can he keep his job?
It really depends on the questions asked. If he said he doesn't recall the details of a conversation or even having one period it's one thing but if he's been caught lying that's a completely different issue

Right and then how do you prove that he knew anyway? It's a touchy situation.

In the report, Orgeron said he was aware of the incident due to Segar informing him, but denied any direct contact with the victim. He said Sigar, Ausberry and an LSU attorney did an investigation, but he said he didn't know what happened after that.

Yes and she is saying that he called her directly and asked if she would forgive Guice.

Seriously, this board is slipping. 9 pages in before someone evoked “you know the rules...”

Do you know something that hasn't been reported yet or are you just saying it's stupid to assume anything in this case? Although I tend to believe that Guice harassed the lady in some way, the claims that no one would listen to her, represent her or report the story seem odd.

Yes, I'm aware of that. I thought you were saying he was claiming he wasn't even aware of the incident.

Probably just poor wording on my part. I hope like hell he didn't actually lie about it and that the lady is mistaken. I would like to see what he can do with this talent and how these new hires work out.

I am kind of joking but would someone from LSU call and fake an Coach O voice. Hoping she would be happy with a call from the coach?
Kind of joking but not really. Maybe someone with access to a binder.

I know it’s inappropriate, but are they cops supposed to arrest him for being vulgar?

Guice ended up sexually assaulting Louisville in that game.
Nope.
It was the Notre Dame game.

All true, but this isn’t the story now. The narrative is did O speak to her to soften the blow and fail to disclose in the HB report?
Scott is understandably pissed at LSU and out for blood (likely Os head).

I don’t believe her

quote:. I hope she’s full of shite bc damn if she’s not
She says "the coach" at LSU (presumably Orgeron) called her after she reported it to the school and said "please forgive him because he's a troubled child." She requested he not be allowed to play in the Citrus bowl but Ausberry and Segar later told her "that would never happen"
