Landing short and judges being pretty strict early on. They're setting the tone. Overall a decent meet for both teams but Florida keeping it within .1 in the first SEC meet against LSU is scary.

I look at it the opposite way. We did not really have a great night and did not stick many of our dismounts and had several wobbles and deductions. When LSU puts it all together that is gonna be scary.

UF is solid. Only reason they came into tonight #7 is because they had to count a 9.175 on floor last week. They were preseason #3.

To be honest, we weren’t as good on floor tonight as usual. A lot of wonky landings. Scores seemed fair, if not a little generous. With Florida closing the gap, I think the girls got a little tight knowing the meet was coming down to floor.

We need KJ on floor! Not just her scores, but her energy! She is such a crowd favorite, floor isn’t the same without her.

For sure floor! Not sure you will see her (or should) in postseason. Haven’t seen a full go 9.9 or over yet and they usually judge harsher in post. Should continue to work with Lexie on form,although I thought she was a touch underscored tonight. And also see if you can control Lincoln’s power. Or give her another vault between now and next season.
