That's pretty massive and at an 11 to 6 clip. Ouch, Dems.

This is great but I think a bit late for some.

While looking at a federal docket, a woman fed judge in Ft. Myers was dismissing all the detention cases from Alligator Alcatraz... although I think that went into how long to detain but...

Appeals court overruled her. She did get one Cuban out, had been there for half a year and ICE still had not figured out what to do with him.

The 5th is one of only 2 circuits to agree on mandatory detention on statutory ground while 9 disagree, and is the only one to find no bond on Constitutional grounds. The statutory argument was granted cert by SCOTUS this term.

They are going to have a hard time winning over Roberts, ACB, and Gorsuch with the statutory argument because it is severely flawed.

With this ruling, the DHS/NIS marketing plan should center on this possibility. That once locked up, there's no longer a time frame guarantee to be heard in court. Protect your anchor family and self deport while you can. Otherwise, no mas dinero coming in to familia. Comprende?
