great, please go to the BRPD and tell them what happened so they can wrap this shite up.
You'll see. Then you will know I was right. I have not posted anything on this until now. I am trying to give you guys the facts. Flame all you want. You will know that I am right soon enough. As I said....I hate this and sorry it happened, but it did happen. It's a very unfortunate reality!

Depends if it is just hairline or compound. If it is compound it is nearly a complete break and can have lasting effects. Comparing your hairline knee fracture is no comparison. We do not know the extent of the injuries but obviously they are enough for some serious consideration of charges.
bad enough for him to not be treated at the scene and not stay overnight in the hospital (didn't arrive at hospital until ~2am, most likely).

All you gotta reveal is whether or not you were there or that you are the marines friend, pretty simple.

Keep repeating that, you look dumb every time.
So do you, you dont know the extent of the injury so STFU.

Vertebral fractures may result from a traumatic injury or indirect stress due to excessive spinal flexing, extension, rotation, or bending.
Which one is it, oh thats right, you dont know.
Incidence and Prevalence: Approximately 150,000 people sustain fractures to the vertebral column each year; the majority are in the lumbar spine and occur without spinal cord injury (Vinas 2008; Vinas 2004). Each year 11,000 new spinal cord injuries are estimated to occur, contributing to a total of 250,000 individuals with spinal cord injuries (Reiter). In the US, cervical spine injuries result in approximately 6,000 deaths and 5,000 new cases of quadriplegia each year (Davenport).

I just want to know what started the fight as I have a hard time believing the football players just started randomly beating up some guys.
I don't really have sympathy for anyone involved in an actual fight.

you have that right. It does not affect the severity of your injuries for legal purposes.

JJ kicked the guy in the back and caused the injuries. It does not matter who started the fight, etc. He WILL be charged and dismissed from the team shortly. THIS IS A FACT! END OF STORY! And don't start with all the "link" bs.
Again, these are facts, not my opinion.
dude, seriously shut the frick up

Where are all the "insiders" who claimed Josh Johns was just defusing the fight and would soon be out of trouble? What was the point of coming on here making shite up like that?

Way to be as vague as possible.
I have no way of being more specific since I don't have any inside knowledge.
I am not a JJ hater. I don't want him to go to jail or be kicked off the team. But, if he broke 3 bones in a guys neck/back in a situation that wasn't self defense, then it reaches the level of the 2nd degree battery charge...and for good reason. The fact that both parties are lucky that it wasn't a more serious injury is meaningless.
I'm not someone who can fool himself into believing that it's not a big deal or that he didn't do anything wrong simply because I'm hoping that he isn't suspended.

True. What's also true is that he wasn't even a patient overnight. Hard to say that an hour visit to the hospital is serious

this sounds on the surface like not that bad of an injury.

I am sorry but the more i read the more confused i get. Fact is we dont have the slightest idea of what the facts are. Not sure the cops do either thus they keep investigating. I guess it boils down to speculation on my part and everybody else. I wonder, when it comes to what ifs. what if they do charge JJ, he gets cut from the team and later down the line he is acquitted or the charges are dropped or plea bargain down to misdemeanor does he get reinstated, get year eligibity back, or is he just screwed. I dont know the answer so enlighten me if you do.

No, it doesn't. Cracking a dudes rib won't get you 2nd degree either. Gouging out his eye will. Puncturing a lung will. Even if JJ was the one responsible for cracking this dudes vertebrae (again, usually not a serious injury) he'll most likely have charges reduced to simple battery, be on probation, hit up some community service, etc. Hell, he may have to pay a fine/medical bills.
