My question is if they released the whole police report because if Lowery was kicked out of the bar or if there was a scuffle inside the bar that would have to be reported. From my experiences working at the bar the police would have at the very least talked to the bar manager. So, if there was a fight inside the bar involving any of the parties involved that would be in the police report.

If the players implicated had nothing to hide, why didnt they stick around to talk to cops?

i'm beginning to think that the only thing worse than your command of the english language is your logic.
there is no implication whatsoever by the statement "while standing outside." it is simply a statement that the alleged attack took place outside as opposed to inside. if you choose to interpret that to mean that he was inside when he made the statement (as opposed to when the attack took place), that is an inference on your part that does not follow logically from the statement made.

quote:

why would he then stick around

there was nobody there when the cop first arrived. he returns sometime later and encounters this guy who said he was attacked. could it be possible that this "victim" left the scene before the cop arrived and then returned? maybe he left after getting in a fight with some football players and came back when he heard the cops were there. problem is, you don't know and we don't know. but you are performing mental gymnastics to try to support your point while criticizing others. get you yard in order first, then criticize your neighbors.

How ignorant are you? I said it was not an explicit implication. You could draw several different inferences from it, but none are relevant to the conclusion drawn.

There was a crowd of people there and he spoke to several people. Can't you read either?

How does this work for you. He was there talking to the cops after supposedly being not only the aggressor in a fight but also a stalker and having been kicked out of the bar. If police spoke to anyone at the bar they would have probably been told of anything out of the ordinary that night. Like maybe that Lowery was tossed out. It would likely be in this report and shed negative light on Lowery's statement. I really love how you question my logic. Get a math degree and then get back to me.

I am starting to believe this isnt about Lowery at all and about one of the other 3, who must be connected to money or power.

That was known the minute they all lawyered up. Where have you been? Money is pushing this investigation, and all Fisher and LSU are saying is, yes sir.

Doesn't make sense considering the fight occurred in the parking lot. Why would Shady's or anyone else let this kid back in the bar after a fight? Every bar and bouncer I know wants it out of the bar as quickly as possible.

Ur not going to be aloud in a bar with blood all over you. plain and simple.

Maybe they were told to leave? Maybe they didn't know the cops were coming. If they had been in the bar and were now standing out of the bar, chances are they were going to leave anyway. Why would they then decide to stay after getting into a fight?

Yes, or my question, if Lowery did have something to hide why did he stick around to talk to the cops?

Which one has broken vertebrae - marine or first guy?

The man who was knocked unconscious and suffered contusions to his head, nose and hands is a Marine, police said.

All im trying to point out is, we went from JJ kicking a marine to now breaking someones vertebrae. JJ should be arrested. see how stupid this all is. We still dont know what happened.

u r completely wrong that 3 broken vertebrae is not a serious injury. Multiple M.D.'s have stated that to break a vertebra that extreme force, usually with a blunt object would have to be used.

No, it does not require extreme force.

Any injury to the spine with potential for instability is definitely serious. A stable vertebral fracture is not a serious threat to your ability to function normally.

Nor does it require treatment, a majority of the time.

You think it's serious because you are ignorant.
