One-on-one I have to go with Jackson. Saw him in HS score 55 against elite competition like it was nothing. It didn't matter if the defender was 6'5 or 5'6 because he was so quick he was able to create space and the rest was history. His range was anywhere on the court! Not to mention, the guy was just 6-1 and still was able to get his shot off with ease.

3-pt shooting contest, I have to go with Curry simply because that is his specialty. Just watched a video of Curry sinking 105 straight 3s which is mindboggling. IMO, however, Jackson had a more well-rounded game, although he could shoot the 3 quite well himself.

Who you got?

FYI - I know Jackson changed his name, but he will always be Chris Jackson to me.

I can name 20 players off the top of my head that would wipe the floor with Jackson.

Here is CJ with a similar video at 42. Makes about the same amount in a row.

Steph is a great player and they are similar. CJ played in a different NBA. He also had Tourettes, which was a challenge.

CJ would be a much bigger star if he played today.

I really believe the people saying Curry didn't watch Jackson at LSU. And I'm not talking about highlights. The reason he didn't do as well in the NBA is when he converted his religion he quit taking medication for his tourette's. Will never forget the OM game with he and Gerald Glass.

Or they just know that Steph is one of the best 3-5 shooters in the history of the league

Was a senior in high school. Went to the game in Oxford. Best basketball game I’ve ever been too and that’s with LSU losing. Unreal what the two did that afternoon. CJ was an incredible shooter. His lack of height and Tourette’s really hurt his nba career as did the anthem thing. Still the best I’ve seen in purple and gold

No you can't. CJ beat Michael Jordon one on one several times at a camp when he was in high school.

Edit to insert the link about the camp (the entire video is about the greatness of CJ, but the story in question starts at the 3:53 mark).

Well, you did name 20 people; however, Your list would be more accurately titled, "20 people who have never been in my kitchen", bc that is clearly not 20 people who could be CJ in anything. At best, 3 or 4 people on your list would be on his level.

I’d take CJ in his prime over anyone at shooting and creating a shot.

I’m no Basketball expert by any means so there might be people better than he was but he was incredible.
