Bird was better than those first 2. Put them in a game against him ans in the same era where there was defense. YOU CANNOT COMPARE THIS NO DEFENSE arse LEAGUE TO THE 80’s or 90’s. Damn people.

Put it this way, if you had to have one of any of those players to take a shot to save your life, you would not choose Curry or Thompson. You pick Bird EVERY SINGLE TIME.

But it’s a total misunderstanding of the catch and shoot vs off dribble shot creation. Put it this way, if a player like Craig Hodges had to create shots the way players like CJ did he’d have been lucky to shoot 30% for his career. What do you think CJ would’ve shot if he only took wide open kick outs like Steve Kerr? You also have a guy with 71 career starts on that list which makes no sense at all.
