Unfortunately, Alyona was the drop score for us nearly every time last year due to her dismount. I don’t think that she would be in the top 6 of this bar lineup.

Did alright without her last week 
I think there is more than enough talent to make up for missing her. I think both freshman are more talented and have bigger score potential, they just need some consistency, which I think will get better as the season goes on.
Vault isn’t looking good though.

Love Aleah and that vault but I wish she would not be in vault. The judges don’t know to score it.

I don’t think Aleah and the omelianchik the answer - you can’t tell me that was worse than most of Missouri’s vaults; but if she doesn’t stick it it is a deduction trap

The 10.0 vaults have been disappointing, we seem to be having bigger hops now nearly a month in.

I dont know why they stopped her 1.5, she hit that vault in elite much more than the omelianchik vault. Plus judges in NCAA clearly do not like omelianchik style vaults no matter how well they are hit.

They said it was because the 1.5 hurts her wrist..which is fine, but work on getting chase’s confidence up and getting her back in the lineup. I’d rather us do that then pretty much always guaranteeing a 9.8 in the 4 spot

I'll say it again. Kiya should not be in that vault line up every week. The double is just not ready yet. Actually think they were generous with the 9.850.
