As far as the bodycam video for BRPD goes...I'd like to think that if the video showed that Koy was making all this up, they would have already released it and would not withhold it until the investigation is done. So this gives me a little more confidence that the video could be a bad look for BRPD.

Moore was potentially violating team rules and at a large private party (supper spreader for the sake of vague broad allegations from his playbook).
He was contacted by law enforcement and failed to follow commands, resulting in him being frisked and embarrassed in front of all of his peers. In order to save face for both of those actions, he flipped the script and took to Twitter to falsely accuse several Police Officers of violating him.
He was young, entitled, and unaware of well established case law that allows the Officers to take the actions they did against him. He was unaware of the quality of evidence that body worn cameras produce.
Moore will learn a very valuable lesson soon.
I have a theory. The cops were being dickheads towards Koy and fricked with him for no reason, then found out he was an athlete at LSU and said have a nice day after the harrassment. They decided not to release the body cam because they are in the wrong.

The Chief of Police is appointed by the Mayor.
The Mayor is running for re election in a runoff.
The Mayor has consistently ran on a police reform needed platform.
Holding the body worn camera footage past the run off date will allow her voting base to buy into the false narrative that BRPD is out of control and that the only was to stop this is to re elect her.
Trust me, if the Officers could be painted as villains the body camera would have been released.

The BRPD were always total dicks during the Carlotta St parties in the late 2000s. That was mostly white people. NOPD are generally dicks anywhere near Bourbon St as well to white people. I don’t think some LA police being dicks is a race thing.

He might not be making it up, he's just too stupid to realize what actually happened was justified and not harassment.
There's idiots in this thread that think no white person has ever been stopped by police for no reason, or pulled over for no reason.
Newflash, there's dickhead cops everywhere, and they could care less if you're black or white when dishing out their dickheadery.
Koy might not have been doing anything illegal, but i have a good suspicion the idiots he was with were, and we'll see that on the body camera if our idiot mayor/police department ever release it.
All we've heard so far was one side of the story thus far.

Koy’s incedent wasn’t going to be put on any record or anything, he could have walked, had nothing happen to him, and no one would have ever even known about it.
Y’all know nothing about the mindset of kids that age if you think he would intentionally get in a legal battle when he could just go back to his dorm and smoke some weed with his boys and chill.

1. The Body Cam footage once police arrived on the scene
2. The 911 call or any transmission that was on the EBR Police communication system or anything that directed them to said location
3. Can you post up Koy Moore’s Facebook page the day of said allegations.
