What happens if LSU gets a big return and gets pushed out of bounds at the 20 yard line?

Game over, as opposed to lining up for a chip shot field goal.

I get what you're saying man but let me ask you this. Les is the coach, probably for another 5 years...this is a done deal. But there is absolutely nothing constructive about quote: coach being a fricking moron and may be destructive minimally for the chance a recruit reads this site...or a future staff prospect. So why go there? For a "I told ya so."?

Because it's a message board called the Tiger Rant. Do you know what the word Rant means?

It's not called the Tiger AssKiss.

The problem isn't that a recruit or potential staff member might read something negative on this message board .... it's that said recruit or coach might actually have watched said game and saw for himself how our $4 million dollar man handles a spur of the moment decision when a game is on the line.

Come on, man, get real. The problem isn't the comment, it's the stupid indefensible decision that led to the comment.

les miles supporters dont think about things like that and then once its brought up they move to the it shouldn't come down to that. The it shouldn't come down to that then leads to them finding out les didn't prepare the team at which point they roll the players under the bus.

oh and if a recruit or potential coach is turned off by what random internet posters say than its not likely they will be someone that could handle the pressure of LSU.

Fair enough and likely true

its the truth,

Well, my point is that he is here for a few more years. I'm a bit down now but soon enough I'll be optimistic and looking forward to the UA game. I suppose it's a matter of how to view a thing.

im going to tweet millen and ask him not to do that because him embarrassing miles like that on tv could hurt our recruiting or potential hires. its probably pretty demeaning for a coach to take orders from a seal.

Truth.

I have seen a couple of threads already completely absolving Les of any responsibility for last night's loss. The same loss that even Les admitted was "on him."

its mostly venting about what happened but its the truth and yes i know he isn't going anywhere. I really do hope we make some massive staff shake ups since we know the head man isn't leaving.

If we go 8-4 changes have to be made

When the phrase "Matt Millen is smarter than your coach," you better hope said coach works for a recreational department or middle school.

but that coach wins 80 percent of his games, never mind that we are favored in 80 percent of the games and out talent 75 percent of the teams we are playing.

i want to throw up because millen is smarter than our coach

Les has no idea how to manage timeouts at the end of the half or the game. Keep pretending he doesn't have that problem, though.

If it's this Chavis guy's fault, someone needs to speak to his boss to get things corrected.
Oh wait...

By the way, whatever the intricate plan was for the block on the final field goal - it sucked.

Chavis cost us this game plain and simple.

You know I might not be the sharpest knife in the drawer, but that wasn't Chavis throwing 3 picks 2 of which should have been TD's. I am willing to bet he hasn't missed a tackle since he was playing in college at Tennessee. Ya'll can throw Chief and Les under the bus if you want. Yes coaching mistakes were made, but none that cost LSU the win. This game wasn't coached any differently. The reason LSU lost is that the players were flat and overlooked Ole Miss. Now that is plan and simple you could see it in their body language early on in the game.

I think Chavis should be fired. Bradley Dale could probably straighten this defense out. Bring him back!!!!!!!
