I would say 0% at this point since it hasn’t been mentioned by anybody but random ranters who where speculating when they posted it
Of course you would say 0%. Go check my posts, it is without speculation. I even posted parts of his offensive philosophy and backed it with him being as good or better of a recruiter than Wade. Feast on crow like 99.5% of this board that are indeed uneducated basketball fans.

This team team at the end of the day will finish as good or better than last years team in SEC play. Watch what happens.

Ok Jwill lol. Well I’m sure you have all the inside info. Please tell us where it has been mentioned that we are taking scholarship reductions by somebody in power and not random posters. You can’t and you don’t know crap

Wait you do realize the post you quoted was me responding to people implying we are taking a scholarship reduction next year ? Lol looking at your post it seems you think I’m talking a shot at our chances next year. I’m all in on the Coach MM train

Yeah I took it out of context, that’s my bad. I didn’t realize who you were replying to.

Miller is the #1 target left. If he goes to TCU... Desi sills won't be a bad pickup in his place.
Then would like to pickup a younger guy for the last spot if possible. Probably a younger big.

I wonder now, with some of the guys who committed to another school early (Wasn't Gaines the first, followed by Murray), if they had waited it out a bit longer if McMahon could have pulled them back in.

It's getting interesting!
Thanks for the update!

Top 5: Edge to last year
Eason > KJ Williams
Justice Hill = Xavier Pinson
Murray > Hayes
3rd Year Mwani > 2nd Year Mwani (we hope)
Coleman = Days (Days wasn't utilized as much, and Coleman will match rebounds)
Next group: Edge to this year
Last year with Reid and O'Neal you had better big guys, while this year's team has younger and better scorers, much better depth at guard.

Thoughts on how the roster rounds out?
Definitely can win the MVC.

Reed < Eason but potential to close the gap some
KJ > Reid as a stretch 4/5
Ward > Days on all around game as a true 3
Hill =/> Pinson on all around game except for defense
Murray > Hayes but not as much if Hayes is circa 2020
J Will > J Will as a fresh with full off season
Mwani =/> Mwani as a soph plus in new system?
Hannible < Gaines
Coleman > Ezewiro
Williamson = Colbert TBD
Fountain < Fudge
Open spot < O'Neal...TBD
Open spot vs Miller N/A
While individual talent in general may be a tad less on average one would hope team play and fundamentals will be a bit better. The "planned" 2021 roster would have absolutely rolled both the 2020 team and this roster had it come to pass though.

If Miller is healthy and sticks around that’s an NCAA tourney lineup.

We need at least one more capable guard in the 6'3" to 6'5" range who can handle the ball and shoot reasonably well. Miller would be great but there are others who could fill that role. I'd love to get Phillips or the 7'5 C from WKU but a really good shooter would come in handy, too.

Eaton is gone.. gonzaga. He won’t play much.
Posted on 5/5/22 at 9:10 pm to SoloTiger
That’s a lot of length on this team …especially for being put together this quickly.

I don’t think it’s fair to compare player by player to last year.
Last years team was one of the worst offensive teams I’ve ever seen. They thrived on attacking defense. There is no way to judge a team against them on a player by player basis, they were pretty unique as a group. We will just have to see what happens because I think the philosophy of next years team will be completely different.

G Justice Hill 6-0 175 Murray State Transfer
G Trae Hannibal 6-2 217 Murray State Transfer
G Justice Williams 6-3 170 Returning Letterman
G Cam Hayes 6-3 180 NC State Transfer
SF Mwani Wilkinson 6-6 195 Returning Letterman
SF Tyrell Ward 6-7 185 High School
SF Derek Fountain 6-8 200 Miss State Transfer
PF Kendal Coleman 6-8 220 N'western Transfer
PF Jalen Reed 6-10 220 High School
C/PF KJ Williams 6-10 245 Murray State Transfer
C Cornelius Williams 6-10 195 High School
Still Possible
G Adam Miller 6-3 170 Current Player
PG. Justice Hill
SG Cam Hayes or Miller if he signs up
Center KJ Williams
PF. Kendal Coleman
SF Derek Fountain or Mwani (If Fountain can shoot he gets the nod)
Possible record, say about 20-14 and 10-8 in SEC.

I could be wrong, but I think KJ will mostly play the 4 at LSU. I'm sure he is trying to hone his game for the NBA at LSU, and I don't see a future for him at the 5 there.
