For the fifth consecutive year, all of LSU’s baseball games may be watched live as the Tigers will enjoy tremendous exposure during the 2019 season.
LSU is scheduled to make 17 TV network appearances during the regular season -- three on ESPN2, three on ESPNU, seven on the SEC Network, three on the Longhorn Network and one on Cox Sports Television.
In addition, 37 regular-season games will be carried on SEC Network + -- the online platform available at SECNetwork.com and the WatchESPN app – and two games may be viewed on ESPN +, also available via the WatchESPN app.
All of the Tigers’ postseason games in the SEC and NCAA Tournaments will be carried on an ESPN network or online platform.

The way I'm reading it, only one game will be necessary to have ESPN+.
All home games, plus SEC away games will be on an ESPN channel or SEC+ (none of which you need ESPN+ for).
Texas will be on LHN. Which would also be available on WatchESPN app (as long as you have the sign in for a person who has the LHN in their cable package).
That only leaves 2 road, away, midweek games. I'm assuming the one of Cox goes there (also available on ESPN+, which you have to pay for). That just leaves one of the road midweeks which wouldn't be on Cox, for some reason.
Edit: Just looked at the tv schedule in the link (didn't realize it was there). Everything I said was correct. The Northwestern road midweek is only available on ESPN+. Cox didn't pick that up for some reason. They usually do, and maybe still will. Not sure how that works. ULL game, in at the Shrine on Airline, will be on Cox.

Do you have to pay for it even if you have ESPN through your cable provider? Because if so, I think we should just burn down Bristol now and start over with a new all sports network.

For the northwestern game, yes. Unless it's picked up by Cox, and you have CST.

Someone is getting a strongly worded letter.

Can’t you still watch it via WatchESPN if you’re subscribed through a cable provider though?

What channel is that on Cox?
TIA

That was my understanding, but it sounds like they're saying no.
I know when Cox picked up the games in the past, they would be on watchESPN for me (out of the Cox footprint).
I'm just trying to figure out if that has changed with the advent of the new ESPN+ platform.
And if it has, arrange a caravan of folks with bottles of grain alcohol and rags.

I’m not sure if that interpretation is correct. I think it’s available on WatchESPN if you have the cable subscription OR the ESPN+ subscription.

No. That is SEC+. ESPN+ is a totally separate thing, and requires a paid subscription.

Are you sure? I'm pretty certain this isn't the case. Unless you have ESPN+.
ESPN+ has been a thing for the past year or so.

It was the case last season. The only game I couldn't watch was the tulane game.
