I love that the "PRIORITY SCORE ALERT" at the 1:00 mark is Duke vs Navy
I remember having to listen to a lot of this game on the radio because I had to work that day. Crazy crazy game.

Dwayne Bowe's coming out party

That was an agonizing first game of the season for the most part. Thank God I was good and drunk for the whole thing. I remember from my angle in the student section I initially couldn't tell if Serna missed the kick or not. I only knew we won when the other side of the North EZ started moving like an ant hill. Then I remember screaming and shoving my roommate down the bleachers.

things i took from this game after rewatching
jamarcus russell...damn good in purple and gold and i wish he would have stayed and developed more. at worse he could have fell into a better situation than the raiders...the second they drafted him i knew he was done. soo much wasted talent.
dwayne bowe - solid coming out party as a frosh he stepped up big.
justin vincent - i think this was one of his last sightings as an LSU player...he never really seemed to make another impact play for the rest of his time with the tigers.
plus its always nice to see old lsu players that were something.

Sophmore actually. He played here and there on the 2003 team (one of Mauck's INTs in the champ game vs. Oklahoma was intended for Bowe...no. 81 back then).

I cannot believe we tried Addai at WR. How many games did that last for? 2 or 3?
