You are a frick tard.
Once Guidry is healthy as the closer
Game 1 needs to be Anderson and Cowan
Game 2 needs to be Eyanson and Evans
Game 3 needs to be Shores and johnny whole staff
Curiel is the best freshman but it could be Evans as a 1b

You’re calling me a frick tard but trying to call the weekend pitching and guys coming out the pen like it works the same in all situations lol

And you’re saying Evans might be the best Freshman but let’s not put him as a starter. ??

I grasp that it doesn't always go to plan but Anderson will go deeper in the game the Eyanson.
Eyanson has been going on average 5 innings
Cowan could comeback and pitch on Sunday depending on usage.
The way Evans pitches is hard and will need a good rest .
Cowan is about spots and change of speed lest stress on his arm.
Hopefully William Schmidt can turn it on like Anderson did at the end of last season .
Guidry will change the identity of this staff

We screwed up using Cowan on Friday after we got a bigger lead. Screwed up more saving Evans for Sunday and not using him Saturday. Could be diff in 2-1 vs 1-2

Eyanson has been good and I'll bet he gets better and better as the SEC season goes along.

Shores needs to move to Tuesdays, not the bullpen. Guys who can throw hard but don't have a putaway pitch and lack dependable control don't belong anywhere near the bullpen. He's been this team's biggest disappointment.

Jay has all these baseball "axioms" that spin in his head, like situational pinch-hitting in the 5th inning, like not wanting starting pitchers to face the lineup a third time, etc. He uses defensive shifts, but it hasn't really helped us. His quick hook on Saturday night turned the whole series around.

Johnson is still finding out who he can depend on. We have no choice but to be patient.

I'd say move Eyanson to Sunday, Shores to the pen, and a new Saturday Starter. Hopefully Guidry will be back soon as well to help the pen. This would give us a competent strike throwing pitcher, which is what you want on Sunday.

Also put Reaves on third and leave him there for the remainder of the season. Find some outfielders that can run down balls not hit directly to them. I didn't see one good outfield play the entire series, except by Texas outfielders. We have to improve our outfield defense.

We gave up way to many runs this weekend. Wildness and bad bounces got us.

Our offense should be able to score more than 6-7 runs on a Sunday.
I don’t think anything is wrong with it. You’re bound to have games like that from time to time.

Honestly looked like we were going through the motions. I think the way Saturday game ended left team with hang over. My opinion.

Texas didn't score until the 4th inning Saturday. Missouri didn't score until the 3rd inning (1 run) his previous start. Eyanson had 2 starts (North Alabama and Nebraska) where he got hit early.
