watching the replay. Not only was the knee down, but sure was helmet to helmet contact. (with the crown) textbook targeting. Am I wrong ?

Must be just as drunk watching a second time. It was a clear fumble.

If that play was a catch then the TD was a catch.

I thought it could be targeting too but that’s also a rule I don’t know if anyone knows what it truly is either

Not sure how that was a “catch” and the touchdown was not.

Are you talking about the Baur Sharp play? It was 100% a fumble. There are calls that are worth complaining about, but that isn't one of them,

He didn’t maintain control of the ball when going to the ground during the process of a catch. Should’ve been incomplete.

Am I doing this right?

The only argument you could maybe make was he hadn’t possessed it long enough. I think if that’s a fumble than the TD was a TD.

It was closer to being incomplete than his knee being down. Probably a good call though.

I thought it was more incomplete than anything else

I thought targeting for sure, forcible contact to the head or neck of a defenseless player (he was in the act of making a catch). There was undeniably a helmet to helmet hit there. I’ve seen LSU players called for targeting on much less egregious hits!

This all day long. Anyone care to explain?

If this was a catch and fumble, the TD was a catch, no questions asked.

Brown was going to the ground in the act of catching. Maybe.

Sharp clearly wasnt
