104.5 Ott - They rushed him back too soon vs Ala, Daniels doesn’t have to prove anything

On 104.5 just now Ott noted that coaches saw the hit Daniels took and they know the protocol for concussions, they put him back in too soon. Ott explained, Daniels was “fabulous” vs Alabama, he doesn’t need to prove anything to the pros, he did it versus Bama in front of a hostile crowd. However you saw Daniels wanted to come back in vs Bama. He’s going to want to play this Saturday.

Daniels is the most exciting player in college football this year. He has also been tough as hell.
Protect this kid. I’m all about keeping the game violent bc it’s a violent game but this is a spot where you protect a kid if there is any reason to do so. He’s proven he’s not going to shy away from contact- it’s not in his nature. Keep him healthy so he can get paid the way he deserves to.
And F the league office for allowing a player like this to boost ratings and make everyone money but not protecting him on the field when Dallas Turners hit was so questionable

This that you posted can’t be repeated enough, brother. I’m not taking any side on how this was handled, but it’s important to get everyone’s feelings on this. Definitely not just one side when it comes to protecting players.

The corrupt SEC does not care about the player, only the money he can generate and then what they can do to help the programs they favor. They got their money, and they got Bama the W. That is all that matters. A Heisman trophy winning QB for one of the "lesser" programs will get no protection whatsoever.

I’m waiting for the defenders. But he’s horrible to listen to. They might like him personally but no one can legitimately say he’s good on radio. I hate that Hanny is wasted sitting next to him

Scott Rabalais from The Advocate on right now with Hanny and Ott. He believes that LSU has a much greater chance of losing to Fla if Daniels doesn’t play. Also you can say LSU is having a good season only because LSU’s offense has been so great. Also stated that Woodward, Kelly and Rabalais’s 3 year old knows the defense has to be fixed or LSU won’t improve.
