how'd we look on the balance beam?

Ok. Finnagan had a fall. We had a mistake on all 4 rotations tonight. That might be wrong. Someone fell on beam

Well, there's nothing wrong having some things to work on this early in the season. Stiff competition next week on the road at the Metroplex Challenge in Ft. Worth; it will be a good challenge for this team. Also a nice trip since the Semii's and Super 6 will be there in April.

A couple of shaky routines, but no falls. We did have to count a 9.35 on bars, though. Also low scores on vault and floor that we were able to drop.
ETA: Finnegan fell on bars, not beam. Gnat didn't fall, but had a major mistake on bars and we had to count her score.

Definitely. If we have to have big mistakes, better to have them now than in the postseason. Still a big improvement from last week, when we had to count two falls on beam against NC State.

I was in attendance, with all the mistakes made we still made a pretty good score.
We messed up pretty bad on bars. Gnat is much better then the 9.35 she got.
Bars are the biggest need for improvement to me. Although we should all be excited, Freshman Lexie Priessman won the bar title with a high score of 9.925. Finnegans error was uncharacteristic but it happens.
I do not know what is up with Zamardi on the floor, she has been horrible the last two meets. I think a change is needed.
Overall we did well, if we didn't have some of these major mistakes, we are well over 97.00 score.
I do like how we are grooming these freshman. The experience will pay dividends at the end of the year.

That is an incredible crowd considering the opponent was not one of the premier teams like Florida, BAMA or Oklahoma.
