I thought UNC would be a blowout when half the team was suspended or hurt. We have not blown out teams with a lot less talent than TCU in the past. I believe we win. Not sure about a blowout however.
Yea, and we've also blown out teams with alot more talent than TCU. See, Oregon Ducks, 2011.

he just keeps going back to motivation.
that's important, i suppose, but there's no actual legit argument here for TCU

Holy hell you frickers are dumb. (More beer please and dgnx6)
The OP was not noting that TCU secondary was better than LSU's. Here is a hint dummy, neither teams secondary is on the field at the same time as the other teams secondary. He was noting and I was confirming that TCU has a good secondary and it would be a strength against LSU's possibly unsteady and currently unproven passing game. That of course means TCU has to force LSU to use the passing game and as I stated I do not think TCU can do that in a significant way.

You have to be kidding about the secondary rt. Or should i just list the dbs from LSU playing in the NFL. You think just over night we stop recruiting the best athletes?

8. Conditioning - I think TCU is the most conditioned team in the league each year. Just look at our past games in September when other teams had players dropping like flies in the 2nd half with cramps and exhaustion issues. Most notably Baylor in 2010.
He needs to ask Oregon about that.

Is it really so hard to believe that TCU may take LSU down to the wire?
Of course it isn't. I have no idea what these blowout predictions are based on.
I'd love to see LSU run away with it but I don't see it happening.

I'm just tired of correcting the 5th grade reading comprehension problems of a few select posters.

LSU is 8-0 under Miles in opening games. LSU has won their opening game for 10 straight Seasons.

Maybe I knew exactly what it said you assumed I thought something different.

TCU is gonna come out with a gameplan similar to Clemsons last year, but without the same horses. LSU is gonna play hat on hat, big boy football. Look for the tigers to make a statement with their dominant offensive line play. After the way last season ended and the lack of national respect, motivation should not be an issue.

So i am dumb for stating LSUs secondary is better than TCU? Your secondary sure looked against J lenz when he had 147 yds and 3 tds. Or how bout the ttech qb throwing for 7tds? I am questioning the strength of ur secondary.
Yeah okay buddy, you played in the mountain fricking west. There was no team remotely close in talent level to TCU. Ur coach has made a living off of beating inferior opponents. You played a real schedule and lost 6 fricking games.
I cant wait until the Tigers embarrass the frogs in their home town.

Please let the season get her so they can stop having a reason to be on this board. It's not even amusing anymore. TCU fans you are dismissed!!

no you are an idiot for arguing that the OP was claiming TCU DB were better than LSU DB

You keep saying this but we were in the MW against the same Utah team that kicked Bamas arse.

And here we go again with the single season comparison. You are one dense person. Go ahead and admit that believe changing conferences was the only negative variable that TCU had to contend with last year so you can support your claim.

FT Worth and Arlington are not the same. close but no cigar.

So what is your embarrassing prediction?

QB - Advantage TCU
RB - Push to slight advantage LSU
WR - Push
TE - No idea what to expect from ours, and we always vastly underutilize this position, so we'll go advantage LSU
OL - Advantage LSU
DL - slight advantage LSU (more towards the full advantage LSU since Fields is sitting)
LB - MAJOR advantage LSU
Secondary - push slight Advantage TCU
Special Teams - Push (Kicking game advantage TCU, return game Advantage LSU)
Coaching - Push

5. Run Defense - TCU has always been able to shut down opposing running attacks in the past. This will force LSU to have to win the game throwing the ball.
JC Copeland will have their linebackers ducking and diving trying to avoid contact by halftime.
