Agreed this will be lower scoring than most people are predicting, but I am seeing 20-17 LSU win.

Rebs 28
Tigers 27

Lane goes for it late on 4th and short and doesn’t get and Rebs seal the win

I just don’t want the refs to ruin it with an iffy call causing us to lose super late.. then it will get nasty in the stadium I think. So I’m hoping whoever wins wins fair and square

Ole Miss wins this one 26-20. Leavitt / Clark throw one interception and Wilson muffs a punt. Starzyk misses two field goals between 40-49 yards, where he is career 4-8.

LSU's defense generally plays well but cannot stop Chambliss from scrambling for cheap first downs. Keeps LSU's offense off the field and wears down LSU's defense in the fourth quarter. Overall yardstick is close but LSU's turnovers and special teams failures are the difference.

LSU bounces back and beats A&M at home the following weekend.

I think what we saw in the first half against Tech was vanilla. He turned it on a little in the second half to win the game. Kiffin is pretty smart than just running it up the gut. Yes I was a little disappointed to not see our lineman blow Tech up the gut, but against a stronger team other plays would have been called
