It’s truly mind boggling that the SEC has such a vendetta against our program, while other programs have NCAA declared ineligible guys at other programs and no enforcement / threat of expulsion is put on them.

I see in the last line of the motion what may have the SEC disappointed...a request the SEC pay the legal fees. Not only would they lose the filling, but they would have to pay for all the costs....and it's public, not a negotiated point.
