Choice of aerial options for Oxford under review. The issue is whether we do just text (at lower cost) or a full aerial billboard (which will have much more impact). We have focused on this because it is the most time sensitive issue.
The committee is retiring to the bar for further deliberations. Further updates unlikely until tomorrow.
