I think that means a white banner might get washed out. But a purple banner may be too dark. Need help on this. Also, whatever we have on it has to be clearly visible from the ground.

That’s a huge increase for bigger banner for 2 words. Almost rather use those funds for additional billboard

Black on yellow is known to be the most visible. Dark purple on gold seems very close, and a great choice.
