Can a coach call a timeout to negate an illegal procedure?

Doesn't sound right at all. Either that happened or the refs pretended not to see it. Just asking idk.

I would like to have seen a split screen showing what happened first.

The side judge came running into the picture signaling false start from Kentuckys side of the fricking field

I would love to see a shot of the whole thing unfolding

There were 10 seconds left on the play clock when he flinched and they were trying to draw LSU offsides.

Theres zero chance Stein called a timeout before it happened.

No but the officials hesitated cause they wanted to frick lsu. I saw so many holds and holding where we got tackled to the ground. Officials cheated

I was wondering that myself.

Seemed really weird for the guy to flinch and then the coach is like "TIMEOUT! TIMEOUT!" and it "wipes" the false start out.

It should've been a false start and back them up to the 8 and I don't think they would've gone for it from the 8 yard line.

The officiating sucked the entire game. And I'm not one to blame everything on the officials but these idiots were BAD.

And blocks in the back. The whole conference against us but they will say we are just looking at it through purple glasses like always

Can you punt the ball to celebrate? CN you pull a player not moving on the ground and claim that’s forward progress. Refs were atrocious

Kentucky doesn’t miss the first FG then this doesn’t go to OT. And the TO was called before the snap. Which is when procedure is called. But we get it. The officials robbed LSU again…and again…etc.

You guys might want to get used to this. Florida and LSU and Kentucky in 2024. But that was every year. Bad coaching.
