He's a good hire as far as keeping their defensive players and recruits from bolting. That's it. Long term, he's a meh hire with 50-50 chance to be there in 3 years.

Agreed Pete. It’s a solid, not great hire. It may stabilize the roster which is what they desperately wanted to do.
Feels like he may be solid or he could very well be a placeholder for a few years
