This staff lacks elite recruiters and until that is fixed we are going to continue to get embarrassed.

The transfer portal worked better for FSU then for LSU. Congratulations to FSU for playing with heart and achieving a great win for their program. Coach Kelly should now respect you guys a little more after the butt kicking you guys put on my fighting tigers. I will always love my team and expect greatness in the long run for the LSU football team. The FSU will to win tonight was simply too much to overcome. LSU must continue to recruit the best in-state players and dip into the transfer portal for helping the team. I wish year two had started better but I really had too high expectations for coach Kelly and his staff especially after LSU won two National championships in other sports.

Especially for a state that produces elite recruits at such a high clip. Wanting to run a program with all high character players who are lesser athletes who all graduate is fine but those teams will always end up falling short. Perennial 2-4 loss teams.

Well you saw tonight what his portal guys got you.

While Florida state landed elite players out the portal like coleman, verse, and cypress, lsu went bargain shopping.

Yeah it was pathetic. BK only gets top 10 classes because he relies too heavily on filling starter sports with mediocre talent in the portal. His staff can’t recruit or coach. The players we do target in the portal, we don’t even land.

BK’s inability to recruit and assemble a roster has been baffling. This is not a talented football team

Fla State has not been ranked nearly as highly as LSU in recruiting over the past 5 years
