What grade would you give the current lsu’s baseballtransfer portal situation?

It's hard to look at the incoming guys and give anything lower than an "A" personally.

So far a B+ with potential for an A to A+. Lots of time left, season isn’t even over yet

B or C at this point. We replaced some of what we lost with starting pitching and 1 part of what we are losing in Offensive Production. The Pen guys seems to be better than what we lost?

It's incomplete so it's hard to say. I feel like we've lost more than we've picked up with talks of more guys possibly leaving. I love following this stuff but it's obvious that the purple and gold glasses affect everyone's opinion. The Wicker situation is a perfect example. When we thought Wicker was a commit, people talked about how good he looked against us when he gave up 7 hits in 4 innings. Cowan is someone worth getting excited about, Wicker was not.

Keep in mind that some of our portal commits might not make it to campus. I was jacked about Tebrake and Pineda then they went pro.

Good point. We've got a couple of first time draft eligible players committed.

I strongly feel Hernandez and Cowan make campus, and Sheerin and Dorsey are too young and have to come. Hayden and Stanfield feel more like fallback guys.
Just my opinion.

Everyone we’ve gotten would classify as an upgrade over whom they’re replacing. Hard to call that anything lower than an A.

IF you are trying to grade who left in the portal, pretty good. If we are trying to grade who is moving on to the draft early, not too good.
