That really sucks.
Correct me if I am wrong, but Michigan St doesn’t seem like a bad program. Looks like they may have finished 4th in their conference? Why leave if only going to Ole Miss? Seemed like she had a good relationship with one of her coaches too. Was money involved?

The redus guy is the most annoying assistant in LSU athletics to follow in recruiting

Ole Miss? Goddamn. Unbelievable. We do seem to be striking out more than we should on the recruiting trail and now in the portal. Hagemann would have been handed the keys to a Ferrari here.
As far as topnotch point guards in the portal, there’s still Kaitlyn Chen at Princeton. But Geno and UConn are very interested and I get the impression she’d like to stay up north. I’ll be pleasantly surprised if we win that battle.
HVL and Velez were no losses as far as a point guard, but the big goal this offseason is to add a top veteran PG from the portal. If we have to run it back with Poa and with Richard coming in and that being it, we will not be in good shape.

Mulkey Will figure it out….we’ll know when it happens. Furthermore, the damage from critics may have affected our program more than we know and understand

I would defer to 357 but HAVE to think many more will enter portal and Redus and KMM know where to look. There MUST be PG's who are not in portal now who will realize what they could have here. Who would NOT as a PG want to have MW,FJ, Morrow and Smith on the floor with them? When Smith got hurt she was IMHO best player on the court for us.

Not true wasn’t misused, got gimpy late in the SEC, still gonna be a super player. I don’t know if this is appropriate but she needs to lose a few pounds and get in better shape.

I can’t specify but there is a lot of heavy negative recruiting on lsu right now which is why they have been trying to do visits mostly under wraps so…
But ole Miss has no room to talk. Their coach literally just hired a former disgraced hc who was fired from Syracuse for abuse towards players.

Yep, many see her as heir apparent at LSU, here is a prediction, this will never happen, baggage and skeletons even before this, and the Syracuse guy had a lot of MAJOR player mistreatment allegations etc
