Derrick Kelly Jr.

We barely missed according to some, and I think he's gonna be monster left tackle after some S&C. A true LT prospect was the only need we didn't really get last class.
Good call. Prototype LT.

Slower, thicker Mingo. Batted down a ton of balls at WM. Thought Chucky Hunter was a bigger miss at the time.

Melvin Holland Jr will be dominate and will play on Sundays. My favorite recruit this past year and was sickened that he flew under the radar until it was too late. I really think he is the best receiver in that class.

I'm ready for my bashing for saying he looks better to me than Dupre and the rest. I admit I haven't seen a whole lot of film from the other top receivers but watching Holland just gave me the feeling that he is the best. Don't see how others could be better. Flame away.

It was Andre Debose for me.

But in the end, injuries hampered that kid something terrible.

Does a 5* with offers from everyone that matters constitute as underrated? I wanted Debose as well, really thought we'd get him

I initially thought we missed out on Claiborne but now that he has been kicked off of a&m's team I realize that the coaches must have known something

He was not underrated but Chris Jones at MSU would be the missing link for this Tiger Team. He is gonna beast it this year.

Dillon Day WM/Mississippi State was a swing and a miss. 3 year starter on OL. Shows said he was the best OL he ever coached, including Whitworth. LSU wasn't interested.

This is how I feel with a lot of highly touted in-state guys we don't go hard after. Our coaches have connections and know whats up.

i blame shows for him not coming here. I would have also said Dillon Day. Would have been a rock solid Center for the 3-4 years we had him.

Huh? Shows was the biggest LSU pusher ever.
