Is that how he’s trying to spin it now, because if so, that’s pathetic.
He clearly went on about Jackson from Florida being a portal target given the connections with Raymond, but after that, he mentioned a flip target, who was a “highly rated DB already committed to another SEC program.” He said he wouldn’t name the player then, but would after the signing period, regardless of whether or not he inked with LSU.
