LSU has On3’s No. 6 ranked recruiting class in the 2025 cycle. The top remaining target in five-star defensive lineman Jahkeem Stewart did not visit for the game on Saturday but he did get back to Baton Rouge this past Wednesday. USC looked like the program to beat at the start of the week. Folks around the program are starting to like the way it’s developing for LSU heading into the final few days of the process. The three-day Early Signing Period begins on Dec. 4.

You can never have enough stud defensive lineman. I wish we could get to where bama was back when they had eight or nine defensive linemen to plug and play and not miss a beat

Yep, maybe 2 deep, but not like Bama had in the past. Guys want PT and that's how they improve and get recognized by the NFL scouts.

Well yeah, that was when guys who only played 10 games in HS weren’t asking for a multi million dollar deals before they step on campus.

I have a major concern that his lack of playtime in HS will prove to be a detriment. That is, practice and train here for a year, see very limited playing time and then he enters the portal.

Add Suggs to the list. I think he breaks out next year.

He was in for a mid week visit…. If he goes to USC, great for him, but I still think we have a fighting chance. The ultimate question is how much does he want vs. how much others offer vs. how much we offer….

As many others have said, he’s going to take at least a year to be ready for prime time given how few games he’s played in HS, but guys like Henderson at USC and Bo are good enough coaches that he’ll get there.

If that does happen, then at least it’s out of conference. Used to hate seeing kids go to a conference rival!

You probably won’t see the stockpiling of top players like that anymore thankfully. What Bama was allowed to get away with during those times was ridiculous.

Wiltfong looks like he's trying to upsell you on getting the full package for a used Ford Explorer.

Don't trust that guy.

Bama is the main reason for Pandora’s box being open. People were simply tired of it.

I agree. I believe he and Frank are much closer than people realize. If he doesn't sign with LSU I will be very surprised.
