Yep. I probably shouldn't have even mentioned it. I try to avoid perpetuating rumors unless there's a little more smoke behind them.

I'm just really anxious to turn the page on the disastrous defense we fielded this season.

If there is any truth to us possibly getting Elijah Robinson, then we get Reliford and then some. I know not everyone is sold on Durkin, but if we could get Durkin and Robinson, I'd take that duo and be very happy.

You’re talking like Durkin and Robinson are what’s getting top level talent to College Station when in reality it’s 100% the bag.

Two of top five is so upsetting and we expect more from the staff, they will fix it or eventually be out of a job. Kelly is to good to not address this type of trend.

Torture to see two top in-state DL heading to the Aggies.

Sources tell me that Robinson is running to midfield after the game, shaking Kelly's hand then running to the LSU locker room where he will announced as the new DL coach. It's a source, it cannot be denied.

Durkin

Probably belongs on CCB but at this point, beggars can't be choosers.

Three of the top four in the state going to a Texas team. And all our positions of need very concerning.

Gabe apparently didn't like that LSU wanted him to camp in person for that offer and A&M just went off his film.

If this is true, I’ll never understand why kids are like this for the life of me. If LSU is supposedly your dream school, you’d think you would be willing to do just about anything to get that offer. Kids that aren’t willing to camp and compete in front of the coaches is a red flag. The fact that he’s still committed after a coaching change also tells me he’s being paid handsomely.

Go check the state rankings from around the country. LSU does as good or better than any other state school at keeping the state talent home.

Alabama: 2 of top 3 (and 4 of top 9) out of state

Georgia: 9 of 10 going out of state.

California: 8 of 10 out of state

Texas: 6 of 10 out of state

Ohio: 7 of 10 out of state

Florida: 4 of 10

Michigan 6 of 10

So, Louisiana with 2 of 10 doesn’t seem so bad.

It’s crazy that three of the top five are committed OOS.
