My buddy (a former D1 player, not at LSU) just texted me that he heard Seaton committed to LSU. “Not out yet but coming soon.”

His source is the parent of a HS player currently committed to UT. Says he’s been spot on with all recent player updates.

If I had to guess, since he didn’t go to Oregon last night, the deal was probably already done, in principal. Theyre likely just waiting on paperwork to be finalized. Lawyers were probably fine tuning the details.

Since he cancelled the duck trip, I'm on board. Looks like he will be a Tiger. He will be the left tackle. Our OL this year will be leaps and bounds better than last years OL.

Awesome. I feel like we’ve been right on the brink forever with him without anything popping. Glad to see this whether it’s actually true or not lol

Man I'd temper these expectations on this shite if I were yall. You got a whole new team with a whole new coaching staff that all have to learn each other and Coach and Weiss's brand-new-to-them system. That shite just don't magically happen over night. And if you think it does, you've never played a team sport in your life.

STFU. Getting tired of these types of replies. Most college teams in this era are dealing with massive turnover and players on all teams are having to learn new systems.

But get this, someone, still has to win it all.

It's not your grand pappy's college football anymore.
