LSU all the way. Why would any in state recruit who is going out of state has announcement ceremony? They quietly sign on NDS assuming they are nice guys.

As much as I want Rashard to chose LSU, this is not a gimme.
Do not underestimate Urban Myer as a recruiter.
And for a young man like Rashard, academics are important. It is easy to negative recruit against LSU on its academic credentials, especially for schools out of conference.
