Lester is the absolute worst. Everything he posts is pure garbage.

Even if it’s a horrible opinion just to start some controversy. I can dig it

Check out this stat line. I shorted him a TD, too.
Certainly Diesel can play RB despite his size. But he can also be plugged in at the slot WR, special teams & DB if necessary.
Heck of an athlete and lead his team to the dome wearing a knee brace after injuring himself near end of season 2022. Hopefully he gets offered and stays close to home.

Does he have any offers yet?
Was monitoring football guys during track season. He was an 11.34 100m guy. His long speed isn’t a strength but he is great in space & short area.

I agree with you on this ! Mi believe LSU should be looking at another back with the idea of moving Berry to the slot! You can still line him up in the back field if need be

This has been a fun class to follow over the years. I've said it a bunch of times, but I think Simon is the most ready to step in a play. Berry has the traits to be the better back in college.
Like you said he reminds you or Reggie Bush. His 9th grade film was explosive, but looked like Bush just getting outside and outrunning everyone down the sideline. That also won Bush a Heisman. The difference is that Berry has learned to put a foot in the ground and get vertical. He also seems to enjoy blocking, and dropping a shoulder on DB's before he goes out of bounds. Jahmyr Gibbs, at Bama is a much more recent comparison of Berry's abilities and how you he can completely take over games at the college level.
My top 5 has been.
1. Simon - like I said earlier, he just seems more ready to play early
2. Berry - can impact in special teams and key scenarios as a freshman
3. Lindsey - big and mean, and does it versus top competition.
4. Ford - Huge, is he too big listed at 210 on your chart. I saw him in the playoffs last year and he was much bigger.
5. Parker/Harvey - good at everything not great. Will they end up a 220 RB?
Then I think there's a lot of 5'10 175 lb guys who are explosive high school football players, and will definitely play college ball.

I think he's much more physical than Sheppard. When I say big, I'm not saying he's 225. I'm say his legs are huge and runs behind his pads.

Simon to Matt Forte comparison is wild. Matt Forte was 6'2" 225 lbs and could run like the wind.
Watched him first hand. His truck was a different type of truck from Simon. Matt could run over, through, and around you or blow by you for a long reception.

Simon vs. Westgate's defense is an early season matchup to circle on the calender

Istrouma 2025 Kyree Paul came on strong late in the season.
I seem to recall him rushing for over 300 yards in one game.

Why I find myself in disagreement with him 50 percent of the time, he always bases his opinions on facts and research and is usually pretty informed and that I can appreciate. Most on here just look at rankings and talk out of their arse whithout having ever seen any of these kids actually play. 90% of this board has rose colored glasses on and don't want to hear opposing views that aren't always sunshine and roses.

He's a situational back and slot receiver
you sound like lester and sfp....why is the kid pigeon holed because he is not 215lbs? in the right offense, a starting RB can be below 200lbs.

He's not a guy that you run the offense through
in the right offense he can be.

These offensive coaches know what they're doing
they 100% know what they are doing. which is why this whole thread was an excellent troll job by lester. he has had this discussion in other threads and knew damn well what the responses would be.
i have to tell you, i really do not care where he lines up. the kid is an uber talented football player. and i trust that coaches will use him in the right ways.
