Early Doucet, Noel Devine, Reggie Bush.
Marcus Dupree is the most dominating high school player ever

Noel Devine is the only correct answer.

For everyone mentioning Sam McGuffie, a few weeks ago I was flipping through the channels at night and on NBC Sports Network they were showing a bobsledding race. McGuffie and his driver won the race, and it looked like it was a pretty serious race with the top teams in the world.
So we may be seeing McGuffie in the Olympics in February.

Noel Devine of course but for me
Jadeveon Clowney, his highlight video consisted of one play that had stuck with me and left me in awe. He over ran the play in the backfield and then had to run down the ball carrier and he just outran everyone on the field. He looked like a high school playing peewee with the size difference he was.
First play on this highlight

Yea, I saw it. I was a senior that same year that Dupree was and during the season there was at least one article a week about him out the Morning Advocate or State Times. I think Dupree was really the first high school player that got national attention the way players do today. 6 foot 3, 235 pounds and ran a 4.4 forty. That was back when 235 was decent size for a college lineman. I'm not saying I think he was the best, just was very impressive watching a guy that big run kickoffs back like he did. He was a good one, though.

La'El Collins was impressive enough to immediately come to mind.

Dorial Green Beckham, Leonard Fournette, Noel Devine
