Happens in the workplace. Call it salary compression, I call it relative satisfaction. Someone is happy with what they are making until they find out the new (unproven) person in the office next door is making more than them.

Lot of stupid in this thread as shown by the downvotes on your comment. Our RB room is loaded and will be for a while with Jackson, Durham and Berry. Williams and Holly aren't slouches, either.

More stupid with all the downplaying on Heard. This kid is going to be a stud, and was a hit we didn't want to take.

And he will plug another RB in. If he lets him walk he obviously has confidence he can be replaced. RBs are not a hot commodity like people want you to believe.
