Miles commits to TCU. Latson commits to SC-e. Oh well, hoping we would get one of them.

Fulwiley might not be happy about Latson.

Latson was always going to SCe it’s been known

Would love to have gotten either, but our bigger need is in the front court. Koval is a good start, but we need at least 2 more bigs who can score in the paint, defend and rebound.

I think they’ll bring in two more bigs and depending on what is out there , an experienced point guard.

We do need a point guard though. But the 2 and 3 are set. Maybe Jada or one of the freshman can handle that role.

We can't keep kicking the can down the road — the time is now. This is Flaujae’s last season, and let’s be real… Coach Mulkey isn’t getting any younger. The window is open, but it won’t stay that way forever. We need to move with urgency and purpose.
LSU has the pieces, but we’re missing key elements to truly make a championship run now. We need a veteran point guard who can control tempo, make smart decisions, and lead under pressure. Someone who’s been in the fire and knows how to manage the game — not just play in it.
And we need two more quality bigs — not just size, but skill. Players who can bang in the post, protect the rim, and bring versatility on both ends of the floor. Because depth matters. Physicality matters. And in the SEC, if you don’t have a frontcourt that can go toe-to-toe, you’re getting left behind.
This isn’t the time to sit back and “wait for development.” The core is already in place — it just needs the right supporting cast. The time to reload is right now. Not next season. Not in a couple years. Now.
Let’s stop talking about potential and start locking in on production. Championship windows don’t last forever — and we’ve got one in front of us. Let’s go get it. JMO

Thank you Coach Son. Maybe you can talk to Kim about your plans. Sounds like you have everything all figured out. Our family donates every year to WBB, but she won't listen to our suggestions. Maybe because she has 4 nattys.

I agree with needing a veteran pg but we weren’t getting Miles or Latson and as of now the portal seems to be slim pickings as far as point guards go.

So is Latson, be she can score at will.

We need Jada to hit the weight room all offseason. She has all the tools

I'd rather spend the money keeping Flaujae and adding a couple of bigs if possible. LSU has a lot of guards/wings for next year.

Just have her swap diets with Mikaylah Williams.

Jada Richard can be our starting point guard next season, and the coaching staff is high on her. So, I'm not worried about that position at all. The most important issue is the front court. They got Koval. If they can bring in Williams as well, then you have your starting front court. Then it would be a matter of bringing in another backup front court player and another backup or, if they wish, starting point guard. But I have complete faith Richard can start at that position as a sophomore, with all the veterans she'll have at the other four spots.
